March Break in the Woods

For the second year in a row, Oblate Youth spent March Break in the Woods. This Year's theme for the week was PRSION BREAK

Oblate Youth Canada gathered from March 10-14 (high school students) and March 14-16 (young adults) for our yearly March Retreat. We had 70 high school students and 25 young adults in attendance. The theme of this year's retreat was Prison Break, where the youth learned break out of the prison of ACEDIA (laziness) using the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit. Thank you to all the Oblate Fathers who came to preach the retreat and spend time with the youth throughout the week! (Fr. Marcin Serwin OMI, Fr. Jonas Lalik OMI, Fr. Tomasz Jarosz OMI and Fr. Thank you to all the volunteers who took time out of their busy schedules to serve the youth! This retreat was a true testament for Mission WITH youth FOR youth BY youth!
